HEALTH HEROES - Jennie Clayton is a London Ambulance crew member. She set up a mobile tuck shop in an old ambulance and toured A and E departments and South London ambulance stations at the height of the pandemic to bring goodies to exhausted staff who hadnât had time to eat.
